The bar and bistro restaurant at Embleton Spa Hotel offer relaxed drinking and dining in a friendly atmosphere. We source meat, fish and vegetables from local producers and suppliers, then freshly prepare them to deliver wonderful, wholesome food. Our chefs prepare the finest ingredients to create our menu of traditional classics and delightful modern dishes, hot sandwiches, salads and indulgent desserts and cakes.

Our bar and bistro restaurant are open 7 days a week to both hotel residents and non-residents.  We offer vegetarian dishes daily and the majority of our dishes are gluten free.  If you have particular dietary requirements please let us know in advance, we can usually cater to even the most stringent diets.

We serve lunches (12-2pm) and evening meals (6-9pm) every day.  Our menu changes seasonally using fresh, seasonal produce from Lake District & Cumbrian suppliers. We also have a selection of specials which change daily.  Please see below for our current menu showing the local, hearty food that is on offer for residents and non-residents alike.

Sunday lunch is served every Sunday from 12-2.30pm. Please see our Sunday Lunch Menu.

We serve small portions of many of our dishes for children as well as offering a menu of children’s favorites, all freshly prepared by our chefs.
